Because of his experiences sailing with his crews, the Flying Electronic Flare (FEF) was an idea he and his crew imagined and conceptualized.

Ted has over 30 years of Capital formation, finance, technology, manufacturing, and IP experience. He spent time working for Hughes Aircraft and is recognized as a financial expert by the SEC (with Confidential, Secret and Krypto DOD Clearances). Ted is a Partner of Hardesty LLC leveraging his 30 years of public and private experience, in serving and growing client companies to the successful development of effective exit strategies, for stakeholders and management. Ted is also a licensed pilot and Diver.
Casey Alford
CTO
Casey is the managing partner of Treetown Technology specializing in product development for advanced mechatronic systems, with significant DOD experience. Casey has worked on numerous federal projects. Along with Rick, Casey and his team of engineers, developed the technical and engineering requirements for the FEF.
Steven King
Advisor
Steven has nearly 20 years of experience in the Leisure Marine industry, highlighted by owning and managing a composite sailboat mast production company. Growing up Steven started sailboat racing at a very young age and still competitively sails, so he realizes the need to continually improve safety at sea. As boats, their speeds, and technology push the limits more and more everyday, Steven believes the safety systems need to keep pace.
Paul Bohn
In House Counsel
Paul began his career practicing Environmental and Energy Law after graduating with honors from The University Of Michigan School of Natural Resources and The University of Oregon School of Law. His practice involved counseling private sector Fortune 300 clients and on regulatory matters, as well as being one of the legal architects behind the creation of a thirteen community association that acquired and now operates a large ($500MM) public utility system in southeast Michigan. Mr. Bohn has been rated “AV Preeminent” by Martindale-Hubbell for over thirty years, and has been named on U.S News and World Report’s “Best Lawyers in America” in the category of Environmental Law numerous times. In his free time he enjoys sailing, SCUBA, and paddle boarding when he is not traversing the backroads on a motorcycle.
Paulo Nóbrega Lopes

Paulo graduated in International Relations at Lusíada University - in Lisbon, and former top-level athlete, part of the Portuguese National Showjumping Team, initially focused his professional career in two multinational corporations, Citibank as Key Account Manager helping establish the bank in Portugal, and Novartis, as Product Manager and Marketing Intelligence VP. After a short period in the Board of a top media company, started his business career in Communication, Sports and Marketing; Sustainability was added to the portfolio, through a partnership with a Scandinavian company before launching The Seaquester Project -- an algae based system that while offsetting carbon improves the water quality, regenerates ecosystems and engages with the community. After that he joined Coastal 8, and started the business development Yana SOS in Europe.
Timothy P. Brown

Tim is the Owner & Founder for McAllister, Brown & Associates, LLC. A government consulting company that helps businesses strategically penetrate the government market place. Mr. Brown’s expertise is derived from 30 years in business operations, finance and accounting, analysis, business development, program management, quality assurance, production, and executive management for various multimillion and billion-dollar military and contractor-supported programs. Most recently, Mr. Brown was the Vice President and COO for Enterprise Ventures Corporation, CTC’s for profit affiliate. He had oversight and involvement in the corporate strategy, development of the five-year business plan, policy and procedure oversight, business development, operational management, and profit and loss responsibility for the $30M company.
